Important Notice Regarding Fraudulent Emails

There are ndividuals are impersonating Sarry San and contacting current and former clients with fraudulent requests for payment related to website maintenance and other services.

These emails are not from me.

The messages may appear legitimate and may include my name, photograph, business information, and a professional-looking email signature. Because of how closely they may resemble legitimate communication from me, I want to make it easy for clients and business contacts to verify whether a message is authentic.

How to Verify an Email From Me

I only communicate with clients through my official domain-based email addresses.

I do not use personal Gmail accounts or other free email services to send invoices, request payments, or communicate with clients regarding Sarry San services.

If an email claims to be from me but comes from Gmail or another non-Sarry San email domain, do not consider the message legitimate.

What You Can Expect From Me

My client relationships are personal, and I will always communicate
with you directly before sending an unexpected invoice or requesting
payment. You should never receive a payment request from me without
prior communication and context regarding what the payment is for.

If a payment request seems unexpected or you haven’t spoken with me about
it, please do not send payment. Contact me directly so I can verify it
with you.

Known Fraudulent Email Address

The following email address has been identified as impersonating me:

sarry.sarrysan@gmail.com

⚠️ This email address does not belong to me and is not affiliated with Sarry San or Sarry San LLC.

Additional fraudulent addresses could potentially be created, so please verify the actual sender’s email address rather than relying only on the name or profile photo displayed in your inbox.

If You Receive a Suspicious Email

If you receive an email claiming to be from me that appears suspicious:

  • Do not send payment.
  • Do not reply to the sender
  • Do not click links or open attachments.
  • Report the email as phishing or spam.

If possible, please also forward the suspicious email to me so I can document and report the activity.

Already Responded?

If you responded to one of these emails but did not provide sensitive information, click a suspicious link, download an attachment, or send payment, stop communicating with the sender and report the message as phishing.

If you sent payment, provided login credentials or financial information, or clicked a suspicious link, contact the appropriate financial institution or account provider as soon as possible and secure the affected account.

Not Sure If a Message Is Really From Me?

Please verify before taking action.

If you ever receive an unexpected invoice, payment request, account change, maintenance request, or other communication that you are unsure about, contact me directly using the contact information published on this website.

Do not use the contact information, phone number, links, or reply address contained in the suspicious email itself.

My Commitment to Client Security

Protecting my clients and their businesses is extremely important to me. I am actively documenting and reporting this impersonation activity and taking appropriate steps to help prevent further fraudulent communication.

Thank you to everyone who has reported suspicious messages and helped bring this activity to my attention.

When in doubt, verify directly with me before sending any payment or providing information.
